Google Continues to Face Legal Hassles with GMail09/13/05 The Times Online is reporting that Independent International Investment Research
("IIR") a British research company had launched "G-Mail™ web based
email" in May 2002.
According to this morning's report, IIR had been in active discussions with
Google regarding the use of the terminology as well as a settlement, but all
discussions have now ended without any conclusion.
