Google Imitates Micrsoft`s Start.com09/16/05 After seeing Microsoft release Start.com as a personalized home page for web browsers, it's not surprising to me to see Google come back over the top with an attempt to create the same thing.
The new link on Google's home page appears with the text of "Personalized Home" at the top-right hand corner of the browser window. While this page can be personalized similar to Microsoft's Start.com, it does appear to be much more simple both in appearance as well as functionality.
If you're looking for a personalized home page, consider both -- but from what we have seen here, Start.com clearly gets the nod.
